Once we’ve aligned on the vision, we move into a retainer agreement. This locks in your spot on our calendar and allows us to move forward with key pre-construction tasks like permit drawings, scope refinement, and final contract development.

This is where everything gets real. We kick off the full team collaboration, finalize selections and finishes, and establish how we’ll work together throughout the build. We also define the project calendar and clearly lay out communication expectations—so you always know what’s happening and when.

This is when your ideas start taking shape in the real world. There will be highs (demo day!) and lows (dust), but our team is there every step of the way. We manage the details, solve the surprises, and keep everything moving—so you can stay focused on the big picture.

Seamless collaboration between field + office teams
As we approach the finish line, we complete a detailed punch list and final walk-through. You’ll also receive everything you need for ongoing care and warranty support. We’ll schedule photography (if you’re game), and make sure your space is 100% ready for living, gathering, and creating new memories.
